待てないよーワクワク☆
It’s about 1 week until the next Kobe service!
So excited!!

さて今日は、最近みんなに伝えたいなって思ってたことをシェアするね！
それは、「感謝の心」。
Today, I have one thing I wanted to share with you recently!
It’s the “Thankful Heart”.

イエスは、おっしゃいました。　「あなたがたパリサイ人は、確かに外側はきれいに洗います。　しかし、内側はどうですか？　汚れたままで、貪欲や悪意がいっぱいではありませんか。　
ルカ11:39
Then the Lord said to him, “You Pharisees are so careful to clean the outside of the cup and the dish, but inside you are filthy—full of greed and wickedness!
Luke 11:39

神様は私に言ってくれた。
『他の人から見て、あなたが何を持ってるか、何ができるか、誰といるか、それはあなたの価値を決めない。あなたの心が今、何を見ているか、何を考えているか、誰を想ってるか、それがあなたの価値を決める。自分の内側を、綺麗に保ちなさい。』
God said to me:
Your value is not decided by others who can see what you have, what you can do or whom you are with. Your value is decided by what your heart sees, what your heart thinks and whom your heart thinks of. So keep your heart clean.”

職場や学校・・・たくさんの人と出会う毎日の中で、自分がどう思われてるか、自分の話す言葉を相手がどう受け止めるか、そういう気持ちで過ごしてしまいがちだよね。
でも、そういう気持ちを心にいれ続けたら、一番大切なことを忘れてしまう。
When you are surrounded by many people everyday like at school or your workplace, you tend to care about how others think about you or how they react to what you say.
But if you keep that feeling, you will miss the most important thing.

何事も心配してはなりません。　むしろ、どんなことでも祈りなさい。　神様にお願いしなさい。　そして、祈りに答えてくださる神様に感謝するのを、忘れてはなりません。　そうすれば、人間の理解をはるかに超えた、すばらしい神様の平安を経験できます。　キリスト・イエスに頼る時、その平安は、あなたがたの心と思いとを静め、安らかにしてくれるのです。
ピリピ4:6-7
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7

神様は、私たちを愛してくれてる。
最高の計画をもって、私たちをつくってくれた。
私たちが求めるなら、いつでも、どこでも、平安を与えてくれる＾＾
God loves us.
God created us with a great plan.
Every time we seek, God gives us peace anytime and anywhere (^ ^)

だから、忘れないでほしい。
「ありがとう」
たった一言、感謝の心。
So please do not forget:
“Thank you”
It’s just a short sentence but this is a thankful heart.

「ありがとう、私をつくってくれて。」
“Thank you for creating me.”

誰かと自分を比べてしまう時、自分の価値を忘れてしまう。
だから思い出そう。
神様が、あなたを最高傑作だと呼んでくれてること。
When you can’t help comparing yourself to others, you tend to forget your value.
So please remember this:
God calls you His Masterpiece.

「ありがとう、明日を用意してくれていること。」
“Thank you for preparing tomorrow for me.”

昨日と比べて今日がつまんないと思う時、自分の将来を信じられない。
だから思い出そう。
神様が、あなたに最高の将来を用意してくれてること。
When you compare today with yesterday and feel yesterday was better, you can’t believe in the future.
So please remember:
God prepared a great future for us.

「ありがとう、愛してくれて。」
“Thank you for loving me.”

誰かから好かれようとして頑張った時、虚しい気持ちになってしまう。
だから思い出そう。
神様は、あなたをいつでも、どんな時でも、愛してくれてること。
When you try so hard to get love from someone, you end up feeling empty inside.
So please remember:
God always loves you anytime, anywhere and whoever you are.

ありのままでいられるって、そういうこと。
「ありがとう」と、自分の今を受け止められること。
That is the way to know the way you are.
That is accepting yourself with a heart of “Thank you”

昔は、私もできなかった。
いつもいつも、文句を言ったり、自分や他人を嫌いになったりしてた。
I also couldn’t do that before.
I was always complaining about something and hating someone.

だけど、みんなと一緒なら、神様と一緒なら、できるって知った！神様に、毎日心を綺麗にしてもらえるって知ったから！
But now I know that with my church family and with God, nothing is impossible!! Because God taught me that I can let Him clean my heart!

だからどんな一日を過ごしたとしても、「ありがとう！」の気持ちで一日を終わることができる。
それは私だけじゃなく、チャーチのみんながそう。
So no matter what kind of day I have, I can end my day with a thankful heart.
It’s not only me but everyone in church can as well.

たとえば、チャーチにいる大学生のさきは、本当にいつもキラキラしてる。
周りにいつもたくさんの笑顔がある。
その理由って、たった一つ。
For example, Saki, a uni student, is always shining!
She is always surrounded by lots of smiles.
There is only one reason.

それは、彼女の感謝の心。
She has a thankful heart.

いつも神様に感謝してるから、自然と「ありがとう」が口から出てる。
感謝の心でいっぱいだから、相手から受け取るんじゃなく、自分が与える毎日！
それほどワクワクする毎日って、他にはない！！
For she is always thankful for God, “Thank you” naturally comes out from her mouth.
Because she is full of thanks in her heart, she can spend everyday not trying to receive from others but giving to others instead!
Nothing is more exciting than that living that everyday!

いつも喜びにあふれていなさい。いつも祈りに励みなさい。どんなことがあっても、感謝を忘れないように。これこそ、神様が、キリスト・イエスに属するあなたがたに、望んでおられることだからです。
1テサロニケ5:16-18
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

あなたはどんな毎日を歩んでいますか？
「ありがとう」と思える1日を過ごせましたか？
What kind of “everyday” do you live?
Do you spend a good enough day to say “Thank you”?

もし、そう思えない日があったなら、ぜひ、チャーチに遊びに来てみてね！
「ありがとう」と思える日が、あなたにも必ず来るから！
If you realize you can’t, please come to church!
The day will definitely come when you can feel that you can say “Thank you” too!

そして、神戸でもライフグループが始まりました！

ライフグループは、イエスのことについて学びながらみんなで成長していける最高の場所です。
Lifegroup is the place to learn about Jesus and grow together with your LG members.
いつもカフェやレストランで楽しくおしゃべりしたり、情熱的になったり、お互いに励ましあったりしてやってるよ。
We usually have LG at café or restaurant enjoying chatting, getting more passionate, and encouraging each other!

興味のある人は、チャーチにいる友達に声をかけてくださいね！
